Our Certified Organic Turkeys are free to roam indoors and out, and eat 100% non-GMO vegetarian food. They’re raised by a co-operative of family farmers who are committed to organic practices and animal welfare. Their turkeys are GAP Certified (Global Animal Partnership), which ensures the turkeys are raised under strict animal well-being and safety standards.
Our MSC-certified Wild Alaskan Pollock filets come from US fisheries, are 100% traceable to the source, and are one of the most sustainable animal proteins available. In addition to having a low carbon footprint, all Wild Alaskan Pollock is caught with mid-ocean trawls resulting in one of the lowest by-catch of any seafood. Our Atlantic Salmon is sustainably sourced from farms that are either ASC or BAP certified to help ensure best aquaculture practices.
