Milo, along with a few others, was dropped in a K-Mart parking lot in Kansas. Another rescue took the others, but left this little guy behind. I don’t recall the details, but he somehow found his way to Mostly Muttz Rescue. He was transported to us on November 21, 2015 where a woman handed him to me crying and asked that we give him love through the end. Little Milo was only 3 pounds, covered in feces, wounds and scabs. Despite the neglect, he still had eyes that stared deep into my soul. I found him so adorable from the start. I’m not sure anyone expected him to live very long, being around 15 years, no teeth, no lower jaw, a grade 5 heart murmur, cataracts and a lung mass. This little fighter proved everyone wrong. Nearly 8 months later he is almost 7 pounds and happy as can be! He adores me and I adore him! It seems love and Fresh Pet is all he needed!
